This policy explains how Anchor Realty NRI, a venture of the Shri Rathi Group ("Anchor Realty NRI", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, take the NRI Property Risk Check, book a Clarity Call, or otherwise engage with us.

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our site:

• Contact details you provide, such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and country of residence.
• Details about your property and situation that you choose to share with us through the Risk Check, a call, or messages.
• Technical and usage data, such as device and browser information and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies where you have consented.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess your property situation, deliver our services, communicate with you, and improve our site. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses cookies and measurement tools, including analytics and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel, only where you have given consent. These help us understand how the site is used and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. You can withdraw consent or manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How We Share Information

We share your information strictly on a need-to-know basis, and only with the parties required to move your matter forward, such as legal, valuation, or registration professionals, and our service providers. Where a referring advisor introduced you, we may report back to that advisor on the property matter. We are glad to sign a confidentiality agreement before you share sensitive details.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as it is needed for the purposes set out here, or for as long as the law requires, whichever is longer.

• Enquiry and Risk Check details, where no engagement follows, are kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted.
• Client engagement records, including property documents and correspondence, are kept for eight years after the mandate ends, which reflects the record-keeping and limitation periods that apply to tax, accounting, and property matters in India.
• Where a matter is disputed, under investigation, or subject to a live legal proceeding, we keep the relevant records until it is concluded.

At the end of any engagement you receive a complete copy of your own file, and you can tell us what to return, what to retain, and what to delete, other than where the law requires us to keep it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We acknowledge requests promptly and aim to respond in full within thirty days. If a request will take longer, we tell you why and give you a revised date.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
