For advisors and partners

You Stay the Trusted Advisor. We Handle the Indian Property Side.

For CPAs, wealth managers, immigration consultants, and lawyers with NRI clients. When a client's Indian property is the thing standing in the way, we do the on-ground work, protect your client relationship, and report back to you.

The gap we close

When the Property Is What Stalls Everything

You advise NRI clients on tax, wealth, mobility, or law. But when a client's Indian property will not cooperate, unclear title, missing heirs, a tenant who will not leave, documents that were never readied, the work you are trying to do stalls, and there is nothing in your toolkit to fix it.

That is the gap we close. Anchor Realty NRI handles the Indian property complexity your client cannot resolve from abroad, while you stay the primary advisor and keep the relationship you own.

You keep the client.
We close the property gap.

Who we partner with

Built for Advisors With NRI Clients

If your clients own property in India, there is a version of this partnership that fits your practice.

CPAs and Tax Professionals

You handle TDS, capital gains, repatriation, and NRO or NRE banking. We ready the property so the tax event can actually happen, and coordinate with you on anything with a tax trigger.

Wealth Managers

Indian property often sits as an illiquid, unmanaged line on a client's balance sheet. We make it visible, defensible, and ready to transact, so it fits the plan you are building.

Immigration Consultants

Clients relocating or regularising status often need Indian assets sorted cleanly. We handle the property side so it does not become the thing that holds up their move.

Lawyers

When a matter needs on-ground property execution in India, we coordinate with valuation, registration, and local legal parties, and report back to you.

Your questions, answered

What Partners Ask Us First

The things advisors want settled before they refer a single client.

Do you advise my client directly, or coordinate with me?

We coordinate. We do not advise on your client's tax, wealth, or legal position. When a property step has a consequence in your area, we flag it to you and follow your direction. Our mandate is the property only.

Is my client relationship protected?

Yes. You remain the primary advisor. Our engagement is the property, our engagement letter states this explicitly, and we do not cross-sell financial services or step into the relationship you own.

How do referral arrangements work?

Every referral arrangement is documented in writing and structured to respect your professional and regulatory boundaries, including disclosure to the client where your code of conduct requires it. We are comfortable with no-fee referral relationships where that keeps you compliant. The specifics are best worked out in a direct conversation.

Is referral confidentiality protected?

Client information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis under a confidentiality protocol, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request before any client detail is exchanged.

When should I refer a client to you?

When an NRI client has inherited Indian property with unclear title or multiple heirs, a property that will not sell because it is not ready, a tenant or possession problem, or documents that need cleaning up before anything can move. In short, whenever the Indian property is the thing standing in the way.
